Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after April 1, 2011. A processing fee of $40 CAD will be retained on all cancellations. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Registrations are not transferable.

Registrants from some countries will require a travel visa to enter Canada. Please apply for your visa early to avoid disappointment and cancellation fees.

The University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of cancellation. Registration fees for events canceled by the University will be refunded; however the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
